James Allen Publishing
James Allen Publishing is an independent publishing house and the publishing home of James L Allen, The Sawdust Sage™, and Seamus Ailin™. Based in Iowa, we publish books built around strong storytelling, distinctive voices, and subjects ranging from fiction and memoir to essays, poetry, and books for younger readers.
James Allen Publishing manages the development, publication, and distribution of our books in print and digital formats, working with major booksellers and distribution channels to make them available to readers, bookstores, and libraries. We believe independent publishing allows each book to retain its individual voice while meeting professional standards for editing, design, production, and presentation. James Allen Publishing is currently not accepting new manuscripts.
